Studio nowakteufelknyrim in Düsseldorf is looking for an experienced exhibition designer to support the conceptual development, planning, and realization of museum exhibitions.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in architecture, interior architecture, exhibition design (M.A.), or a related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in the conceptual development and implementation of cultural history and natural science exhibitions for museums and visitor centres.
  • A holistic approach to project development, combined with a structured, goal-oriented, independent, and interdisciplinary way of working.
  • The ability to translate scholarly content and technical requirements into engaging, visitor-centred, and aesthetically compelling exhibition experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to bring together the perspectives of curators, consultants, and specialist planners to achieve successful collaborative outcomes.
  • Solid expertise in interior architecture, interior fit-out, exhibition design, furniture and showcase design, as well as a strong technical understanding of integrating security and audiovisual systems.
  • A passion for integrated design, complemented by strong typographic skills.
